Maintain “back-end” of property app & create all content and marketing collateral
Spearhead all Community Engagement efforts for the properties in preparation for the launch of Commonwealth Pier’s public programming department
HARVEST FESTIVAL
We celebrated fall's abundance with a harvest festival featuring flowers from Tin Can Flower Company, autumnal pies from Petsi Pies, musical performances from The Clements Brothers, and hot apple cider from Koko Coffee.

Over 475 tenants attended and COVID safe precautions were taken including social distancing, mask-wearing, and an outdoor venue.
WINTER FESTIVAL & SEASON OF GIVING
The Pembroke Portfolio celebrated the holiday season with a hot cocoa bar, holiday jazz music in the lobby, and sweet treats. We also hosted a Holiday Toy Drive benefitting Toys for Tots, a blood drive in the lobby, and a virtual holiday donation program benefitting four local Massachusetts-based nonprofits.

We exceeded our goal of blood donated with the American Red Cross, donated over 100 toys for Toys for Tots, and send over $5,000 of donations to our local nonprofits.
WE LOVE YOU A LATTE
We kicked off Valentine's Day week with a tenant appreciation event. Stapleton's Floral provided bouquets for raffle, Koko Coffee provided complimentary coffee drinks and each tenant received a Valentine from the building filled with chocolate.
